• Course on Small and Medium-size Business Financing by the Banking System and the Role of Capital Markets in Transitional Economies for bank officials of C.I.S. and Hungary (1992; 16 participants);
• Course on Banks and SMEs Financing, 1994, in the framework of Iniziativa Centro Europea (1994);
• 10-days seminar on Payment System, 1994, designed for the National Bank of Ukraine, attended by a group of 27 bank management officials.
• Two-weeks seminar on Bank Lending Policies, Bank Organization and International Finance, for 17 top management officials from Lithuanian Banks (1995, 17 participants);
